Master Ra established Agape Martial Arts in the Fall of 2007. In the summer of that year, Master Ra started teaching a handful of students on the campus of the University of Rochester. He has since established a dojang at 34 Elton St. on the 1st floor and is continuing to grow with new children's, junior, and adult classes being added.
Agape Martial Arts is affiliated with the International Dae Myung Moodo Federation, the Kukkiwon (World Taekwondo Headquarters), the World Taekwondo Federation, the International Taekwon-Do Federation, the Korean Judo Association, and the Korean Hapkido Federation. Oversite by these organizations provide the guarantee of legitimate, high quality instruction and certification of rank.
